Executive Board

The South Texas Council is governed by an Executive Board, composed of civic, community, and Scout leaders from around the South Texas Council’s service area. The Executive Board is led by the Council Key 3:  Kenneth Soto, President, Michael Ledbetter, Commissioner, and Marty Sepulveda, Scout Executive.
