30 years ago we had a commercial electric range for the camp kitchen, but over time it no longer works. We are currently using a standard kitchen stove to run the camp kitchen. The type of stove we would like to purchase for camp costs around $4,000.
We have a small home microwave that is very limited in volume and capability and bottlenecks what we can use it for in the camp kitchen. The type of microwave we would like to get for camp runs around $1,300.
The kitchen does not have a lot of space, but a solid, reliable refrigerator and freezer for the camp kitchen is a critical much-needed upgrade.
Camp used to have an ice machine, but it was over 30 years old and we no longer have one. An ice machine is an important part of any kitchen, but it is an essential need for a camp located in South Texas. (there is no ice machine in the picture, but we have a small amount of space in the kitchen where we could add an ice machine.
We do not have warmers, but we really could use two of these to help run program and feed campers.
