Part A and B Medical Forms – These forms must be filled out and taken to every scouting activity. You can pick up the forms from the medic at checkout. All medical forms that are not picked up will be shredded for privacy.
Medication Form – Please fill this out if you plan on bringing any medications to camp.
Campership Application– Please fill out this form if you are requesting registration assistance.
Adult in State Compliance Form – This form is required to be filled out by anyone 18+ before every council event.
